Смотрите логи, иногда плагины выдают себя в них, еще один эффективный, но весьма трудный способ: откопать из интернета исходники последних версий всех нестандартных плагинов, и перекомплировать их.

Большинство плагинов было перекомпилираванно. Логи чисты, ошибок нет. voteban_by_slimshady.amxx удалил. Посмотрю что будет. Завтра отпишусь. Заранее спасибо.
